Booth Options

INDOOR BOOTHS
Indoor Booth Rental Fee:
$100
Booth Size: roughly 10x10 with complimentary 8’ table & 2 chairs
Payment: Via invoice only

OUTDOOR BOOTHS
We will have a limited amount of outdoor spaces available. These spaces are discounted due to the unpredictable Tennessee weather. Table and chairs are not provided.
Outdoor Booth Rental Fee: $30
Booth Size: roughly 10x10
Payment: Via invoice only

THE BOOTH RENTAL FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE  & NON-TRANSFERABLE to other events, as it covers the fees for the event center, insurance, and marketing (on and offline)!

Vendor Product Guidelines

Our policy for items that are allowed and not allowed for sale at our markets:

Allowed

  • Handmade Items & Art: Items you made, or designed and manufactured.

  • Upcycled & Repurposed Items: Existing items reimagined.

  • Vintage Items & Collectibles

  • Authorized Resale: You are an official and licensed retailer of a specific brand or product, purchased at wholesale pricing.

Not Allowed

  • Mass-produced items from websites like Temu, Shein, AliExpress, Wish, or Dollar Tree without any creative modification. Exceptions are made if the items are part of a handmade or upcycled product, such as buying charms, toys, or trinkets to make jewelry, or purchasing blank bags to paint your own design on.

If you would like to include small, mass-produced items (e.g., stickers, keychains, etc.) as free gifts to customers, that’s fine. These items must be given at no additional charge to customers and should not be the primary focus of your booth.

This policy aims to create a unique market experience for visitors, support local artists, creators, and small businesses, and ensure that vendors offer a diverse range of products. It also prevents the reselling of items that customers could easily purchase online at a lower price.

Food Truck Applicants

All food & drink trucks need prior approval from the City of Clarksville. Their application is free and can be found here.

Please note: Submitting this application does not guarantee you a booth spot. Once your application is completed and approved, you will receive an invoice. You will have 48 hours to pay the invoice; otherwise, we will offer the spot to the next approved applicant. Applications are reviewed every Friday, and if approved, vendors will receive their invoice on that day.
